Charles Hunter Associates is assisting a council to recruit a Therapeutic Support Worker for a permanent, residential children’s home in Barnstaple. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable children’s emotional and developmental needs while modelling a positive, compassionate approach.

You will join a supported team with full training and a clear development programme, plus ongoing progression opportunities. Driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

My client is the council looking to staff their children's homes in order to increase the number of beds for local children in care. We are hiring permanent Therapeutic Support Workers in a residential children’s home in Barnstaple.
