Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker for graduate opportunities in residential children's homes across Exeter, Tiverton, Dartington, Crediton and Barnstaple. The role offers a permanent, full-time position in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people with trauma or learning needs.

Therapeutic Support Worker - Graduate Opportunity

Permanent position in residential children's homes across Exeter, Tiverton, Dartington, Crediton and Barnstaple. Work in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people who have endured early childhood trauma or require additional support due to learning disabilities and complex needs.

Support and supervise children in a residential setting, provide therapeutic support, assist with daily activities, ensure safety, contribute to care planning, and maintain a positive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counselling, Childhood Trauma, Behaviour Analysis, Childcare, Sociology, Criminology, Teaching or SEN Education.
