Job summary

Branas Isaf Children’s Services, part of the CareTech Group, are recruiting a Residential Support Worker in Oswestry to provide emotional and practical support to children with complex needs within a therapeutic care setting. You will join a multidisciplinary team, documenting records with digital systems and contributing to a structured environment that promotes growth and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people with complex needs.
• Be part of a therapeutic care team alongside education and clinical professionals.
• Encourage young people to grow, develop independence, and thrive in a safe and structured environment.
• New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately.
