Altum HR is partnering with a children's care provider in the North West to recruit a Residential Support Worker for Chorley/Preston. This full-time role offers therapeutic care to children and young people, with a focus on building trust, resilience, and independence.

You will work with a dedicated team, follow care plans, maintain records, and uphold safeguarding standards. The role requires a driving licence and flexibility to work weekends and sleep-in shifts, with pay £13.50-£14.60 per hour

Formación

• Experience with children and young people in care settings.
• Understanding of trauma-informed approaches (willing to learn).
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Full valid driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care and support per care plans.
