Pebbles Care Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to join our established team. The role includes driving children to school, attending appointments, and planning activities, with a full UK manual driving licence required.

You will work full-time on a rota that includes sleep hours, averaging 56.4 hours per week. Training with our Learning and Development team and support from Psychology/Education leadership ensure guidance and professional growth.

Formación

• Driving license required (full UK manual)
• Experience in residential care or similar setting is preferred
• Willingness to undertake training with Learning and Development team
• Ability to work a rota including sleep hours and 56.4 hours per week

Responsabilidades

• Provide tailored support to young people on shift
• Assist with transport to school, appointments and activities
• Contribute to a therapeutic care model training with senior team
• Be based in one home with potential support to other homes in the area
