Job summary

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to join our team in a full-time position. The role involves transporting children, preparing meals, household tasks, and engaging in therapeutic activities to build lasting memories for children aged 8 to 18.

Training and support from our Learning & Development team, along with our senior management, will help you grow within our therapeutic care model.

Qualifications

• A full-time role averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.
• Work on shifts as part of a team, including sleepover duties as applicable.
• Induction training with Learning & Development team and guidance from Psychology, Education and Senior Management teams.
