Pebbles Care Limited is hiring a Residential Child Care Worker to support children in a home setting, including transport to school and appointments, meals, and activities. You will work on a full-time rota with sleepovers, averaging 56.4 hours weekly, providing tailored support to youths.

Induction and ongoing Learning & Development support are provided, with guidance from senior teams. A Level 3 SVQ/NVQ pathway is funded after induction.

Qualifications

• Dedication to safeguarding children and young people.
• Willingness to pursue relevant qualifications and ongoing development.
• Confident, resilient, and patient demeanor.
• A full UK manual driving licence is required (homes have vehicles).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Drive children to school, appointments, and activities.
• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to young people as part of a team.
• Work across a single home with occasional cross-home support within the area.
