Auchterarder, Perth and Kinross-based Greenleaf House is recruiting for compassionate team members to support young people in a therapeutic, trauma-informed residential setting. The role involves 14-hour shifts with a 10-hour sleepover in a 2-day on/3-day off pattern.

The ideal candidate will have residential care experience, be committed to safeguarding, and work flexibly, including weekends. A full UK driving license is required and training toward SVQ 3 and HNC is provided.

Formación

• Experience of working in a residential children’s home.
• Eligibility for SSSC registration and PVG membership for work with children and adults.
• Willingness to work towards SVQ 3 and HNC in social care or other relevant subject.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care and support to children and young people according to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to assessment processes and delivery of support programmes.
• Attend planning and review meetings and participate in a keyperson system.
• Ensure quality recording of information in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Work within a shift system including sleepovers and weekends.
