Qualifications

• Experience working in a residential children’s home is essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are expected.
• understanding safeguarding and child protection.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends, sleepovers, and long hours.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to children and young people following policies and procedures.
• Contribute to assessment processes and delivery of support programmes.
• Attend planning meetings and participate in a keyperson system.
• Ensure accurate recording of information per regulations.
• Work within a shift system including sleepovers.
