• Confident working with safeguarding frameworks and multi-agency professionals.
• Reflective, resilient and committed to inclusive, strengths-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent classroom practice and quality first teaching for SEMH pupils.
• Balance curriculum content with emotional/behavioural support in a therapeutic model.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external professionals to support provision.
• Be trauma-informed and relational to support pupil regulation and engagement.
• Support reintegration into mainstream settings where appropriate.
• Contribute to development of the SEMH provision through reflective practice.
