TeacherActive, Oldbury, is recruiting an experienced English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students across KS2, KS3 and KS4 in a SEMH provision.

This full-time, long-term role requires strong behaviour management, adaptability and a patient, resilient approach to support young people at risk of exclusion. Immediate start available.

The package includes CPD courses, 24/7 consultant support, market leading pay and a referral scheme.

Qualificações

• QTS desirable but not essential.
• Experience teaching English across KS2/KS3/KS4.
• Experience with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Understanding of therapeutic approaches to support students at risk of exclusion.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach to helping young people.
