Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced KS2-KS3 SEMH Teacher to join a specialist provision in Shaftesbury on a permanent, full-time basis from October 2026.

The role involves delivering engaging lessons to pupils aged 5-19 with SEMH and SEND needs, working in a therapeutic setting alongside speech and language therapy, OT and educational psychology, with supportive colleagues and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for pupils across KS2-KS3 range.
• differentiate learning around individual needs.
• Establish routines and expectations.
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs.
• Manage challenging behaviour confidently.
• Collaborate with support and therapeutic staff.
• Recognise academic, emotional and social progress.
