Job summary

The Esland Group Ltd in Wakefield is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our residential service. You will support a young person with daily living, education and social activities, providing high levels of therapeutic care.

The role is full-time, permanent with shift patterns of 2 days on, 4 days off and sleep nights. Applicants must be 21+, hold a UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK. Salary £33,682–£34,305 per year.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years old or above.
• Hold right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
• Hold a full, UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support a child with domestic needs, education and socialisation skills while participating in activities and excursions.
• Provide a high level of therapeutic care through specialist skills and training.
