Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children's home in Wolverhampton. You will lead day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and care planning to sustain a Good Ofsted rating.

You will develop the staff team, promote high standards of care, and drive continuous improvement in a therapeutic, child-centred environment to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Understanding Ofsted requirements and safeguarding.
• Leadership and team development skills.
