West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Theme Park Supervisor.
This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity to experience supervising the work of others in a unique customer environment. As a member of the supervisor team, you will support a team of diverse individuals to consistently deliver an engaging and memorable guest experience, whilst maintaining crucial ride safety requirements.
The role will be tasked with frequently monitoring ride operations and guest interactions, ensuring any identified concerns are appropriately and efficiently resolved.
You will have previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer environment, supporting activities such as recruitment, training and performance monitoring. You will be a confident communicator, demonstrating your ability to independently prioritise your own workload, whilst directing others in a calm and supportive manner.
The role requires someone with a passion for people, who is driven to achieving and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.

West Midlands Safari Park is an award-winning visitor attraction, located in Worcestershire in the heart of England.
