ATG Entertainment is seeking a Customer Service Host - Ticketing to deliver an enhanced guest experience during counter opening times. You will inform guests about the theatre, its productions and local attractions, while optimising ticketing sales and acting as the primary contact for queries.

You will work under a senior manager on site, handling bookings for post-show activities and coordinating with the Customer Experience and Ticketing teams to maintain a premium service.

Qualifications

• High standard of customer service and guest care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell tickets, memberships and retail items.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide information on packages, offers and activities; make bookings if requested.
• Prepare and update guest lists for arrivals and special services; assist with upsell opportunities.
• Support Front of House duties during peak times as required.
• Coordinate with other theatre departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
