Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our theatre team. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, focusing on high-quality perioperative care and patient experience.

You should be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and bring post-registration theatre scrub experience. The role offers a pro-rata salary up to £44,100 and a £3,000 Golden Hello bonus, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Requires registration with governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Post-registration theatre/scrub experience preferred.
• Team player with commitment to high patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering varied caseload
• Use state-of-the-art theatre equipment and facilities
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a MDT setting
• Contribute to patient care experiences that are clinically effective
