Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking a theatre support operative who will help prepare and maintain the theatre environment for surgery and anaesthetics. You will contribute to patient care throughout their journey in theatre and support staff at all levels.

You should be willing to work towards the Care Certificate and a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care within 18 months, with maths and English GCSE requirements met.

You will have or be willing to work towards completion of the Care Certificate & also must complete, within an 18-month period, a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This training if required will enable you to assist with the preparation and cleanliness of the theatre environment for both surgery and anaesthetics, providing care to the patients throughout their journey in the operating theatre and enable you to support staff at all levels. Good communication skills are essential. Maths and English are required at GCSE Grade A to C, 4 to 9, or Functional Skills Level 2
