Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital in Buckhurst Hill is seeking a Reservations Clerk to provide outstanding service to patients and support pre-surgery scheduling for theatre day cases and inpatient admissions.

This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, the ability to adapt to last-minute changes, and proactive liaison with Patients, Consultants, Anaesthetists and other internal teams to ensure smooth running of bookings and hospital operations.

• Confident liaising with patients and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to patients and schedule theatre day cases and inpatient admissions
• Liaise with patients, consultants, anaesthetists and internal teams
• Manage mailbox and inhouse systems, handle changes efficiently
