Job summary

Cambridge-based main contractor is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a £15m theatre extension project. The role requires delivering the scheme from pre-construction through to completion, with full day-to-day responsibility and reporting to a Contracts Manager.

You will oversee site teams, coordinate design, commercial and operations, manage client relationships, and drive health and safety and quality on site. SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid are desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for a main contractor.
• Delivery of £10m–£30m projects or similar scale.
• Experience with complex extensions/refurbishments/new-builds.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the £15m theatre extension project.
• Report to Contracts Manager and coordinate site team.
• Manage Site Managers, Engineers and subs on site.
