Job Title: Production Finance Manager / Accountant

Location: Hybrid – 3 days Woking initally and can switch to 2 days working in Woking and 1 day London after probation

About the Role

We are working exclusively with Trafalgar Entertainments in their search for a Production Finance Manager / Accountant to join our growing Production Finance team. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, partnering with operational teams, and helping shape the financial future of the business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & Production Accounts: Prepare management and production accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, track forecasts, and provide insightful variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Deliver meaningful financial insights to drive commercial decisions.
• Commercial Business Partnering: Work closely with operational colleagues to bridge the gap between finance and non-finance, helping them understand the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Communicating Finance Simply: Explain complex financial information in clear, simple terms to non-financial stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Production accounting experience (essential)
• High initiative and proactive problem-solving
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude
