Job summary

Nuffield Health North Staffordshire Hospital is seeking bank theatre practitioners to work as scrub nurses or operating department practitioners (ODP) on an ad-hoc basis. Shifts are offered around the hospital's needs and your availability, including weekends.

You will scrub in theatre across a varied caseload, support and develop junior colleagues, and ensure patient care remains clinically effective and evidence based. Registration with NMC or HCPC and post-registration experience are required.

• Relevant qualifications for scrub nurse or theatre practitioner (ODP) practice.
• NMC or HCPC registration as a scrub nurse or operating department practitioner.
• Post-registration experience.

Hours are not fixed, so shifts are offered around the hospital's needs and the candidate's availability, including weekends. Fit depends on current registration with the relevant body and post-registration experience.
