Job summary

Nuffield Health are seeking a Bank Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at Oxford hospital. The post is booked ad hoc with no fixed weekly hours, covering a varied caseload in theatre and ward. You will supervise and develop junior staff while maintaining continuous patient care across shifts.

Applicants should have post-registration scrub or SFA experience in orthopaedics, ENT or ophthalmics, and be NMC/HCPC registered. Evening and Saturday availability is required to support a flexible theatre service.

• Experience across transitional specialties to support a varied department.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside consultants.

• Deliver clinically effective, evidence-based care and patient experiences of high quality.
