Job summary

Spire London East Hospital is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to lead the Theatre Department. You will drive performance, manage resources and foster a positive, patient-centred environment across the theatre team.

The role requires leadership in a busy theatre setting, with a strong focus on governance, staff development and delivering excellent patient care. Full-time 37.5 hours with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Oversee recruitment, induction and performance management of staff.
• Promote best practice in health and safety and governance.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of information.
