Job summary

You will guide staff, optimise theatre utilisation, and ensure adherence to policies while driving performance and patient care excellence within a private hospital setting in Hertfordshire.

Qualifications

• Registered as a Clinical Practitioner with NMC or HCPC in a theatre setting.
• Demonstrated CPD in management and relevant clinical subjects.
• Experience in a performance-driven culture with safe standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible clinical and managerial leadership across the Theatre department.
• Monitor and enhance delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Mentor and support theatre staff; drive continual professional development.
