The Princess Grace Hospital in London is seeking a Materials Loan Kit Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You will manage the full lifecycle of surgical loan kits, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation for all procedures.

You’ll work closely with theatres, sterile services, purchasing and suppliers to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency, while handling discrepancies and supplier communications with precision.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a theatre or surgical hospital environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the end-to-end management of loan kits required for surgical procedures.
• Review theatre bookings daily and liaise with clinical teams and suppliers to arrange appropriate equipment and prostheses for upcoming cases.
• Receive, inspect and reconcile incoming loan kits, investigating discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with suppliers and clinical stakeholders.
• Process purchase orders, requisitions and supporting documentation to ensure timely payment of suppliers and accurate charging of used items.
• Support the management of consignment stock, high-value inventory checks and reporting of loan kit activity and exceptions.
