Job summary

KIMS Hospital Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised Loan Kit Co-ordinator to join our Orthopaedic and Theatre Team. You will ensure surgical equipment and loan kits are available when needed, supporting the smooth running of operating lists.

You will coordinate loan kit requirements with theatre teams, CSSD, procurement and suppliers, manage deliveries and stock, maintain accurate records and support invoice checking.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating loan kit requirements with theatre scheduling to ensure equipment is available for operating lists.
• Managing delivery, receipt, movement and storage of loan equipment.
• Maintaining accurate stock and financial records, including kit expenditure and invoices.
• Building relationships with Theatre, CSSD, Procurement and suppliers to ensure reliable kit management.
