Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.

• Assist the Bar Manager with managing stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
