Job summary

Legends Global in Nottingham is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar operation during performances, intervals and events. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service and a proactive approach to team management.

The ideal candidate will have bar supervisory experience, knowledge of cask ale is desirable, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends in a vibrant theatre setting.

Situated in the heart of Nottingham, the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall is one of our liveliest and most vibrant venues, hosting incredible shows, performances and events regularly- from West End Musicals to Comedy to Concerts to Opera- the venue host's it all!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Bar Supervisor to join our team, leading the bar operation during performances, intervals and special events. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a hands-on role within a lively theatre environment, where great organisation, leadership and customer service make all the difference. Job Responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Previous Bar Supervisor or Bar experience.

• Previous experience working with cask ale is desirable.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.

• Confident supervising staff and creating a positive, inclusive and enjoyable team environment.

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Good knowledge of bar operations, including stock control, cash handling and service standards.

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and during busy event periods.
