Job summary

Bromley Court Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel's bars, delivering exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership, product knowledge and high service standards.

This role involves serving guests, guiding the team on the floor, training colleagues, and taking the lead on bar table service, stock control and beverage quality during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Able to lead a team and work on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery and day-to-day supervision of the Garden Bar, Lounge Bar and beverage service across the hotel.
• Training, coaching and developing Food & Beverage team members to continually improve bar service standards.
• Taking the lead on bar table service, beverage quality, operational standards and effective stock control.
