Job summary

Bupa's Cromwell Hospital in London is seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to manage Theatre and Angio scheduling. You will ensure bookings are clinically appropriate, efficiently allocated and communicated across consultants, theatre teams and clinical support services.

The role requires coordinating complex bookings, maintaining data confidentiality, and driving service improvements in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) or ODP with current registration.
• Experience in theatre/cath lab or procedural scheduling.
• Experience coordinating complex bookings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Theatre and Angio scheduling across the hospital.
• Review booking requests and ensure clinical and operational requirements are met.
• Support allocation, optimisation and utilisation of theatre slots.
• Coordinate urgent and short-notice cases with stakeholders.
• Lead capacity reviews and forward planning activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance.
• Support revenue optimisation through scheduling practices.
