Job Description:

What is the job?

The role involves creating memorable guest experiences as a receptionist, handling transactions, providing local insights, and ensuring a friction-free stay. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, handling transactions, and addressing guest needs and concerns, all while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Rate of pay

Up to £12.80 depending on age

About The Role
Your day-to-day
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests
  • Recognize Hilton Honors members and returning guests
  • Manage bookings, upsell, and inform guests about enhancements
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, manage IDs and room keys
  • Record guest preferences and handle messages, requests, and concerns
  • Assist guests with bill issues and local information, escalate to management when needed
  • Follow safety procedures, report incidents, and wear protective gear as required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador
  • Stay informed about daily events and activities
  • Assist colleagues with ad-hoc duties
