About the role

Your Day to day

People

• Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
• Educate and train team members in compliance with local laws and health & safety regulations.
• Ensure your team are properly trained on systems, security, service, and quality standards.

Financial

• Help prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
• Monitor budget and control labour costs and expenses.

Guest Experience

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
• Pro-actively seek guest feedback.

Responsible Business

• Ensure all F&B outlets comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Implement sustainability initiatives.

Accountability

• Manage team of F&B team members and supervisors.
• Act as Duty Manager when required.

What you will need

Required criteria

• Minimum one-year food & beverage assistant management / management experience within a hotel environment.
• Proven experience of leading and managing others.
• Strong IT competency.

Desired criteria

• Two years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Experience in a branded hotel.
