Job summary

SmartestEnergy Limited in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Testing Team Lead to steer testing strategy across internal projects and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead a team of test analysts, plan and monitor testing activities, and coordinate with Product Owners, BA’s and PMs to align with business goals. Hybrid working is offered with a mix of office and home days.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing teams and setting technical standards.
• Ability to design and deliver SIT, UAT and non-functional test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of test analysts, overseeing planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.
• Define and maintain test strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and milestones.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and offshore teams, manage risks and issues, and mentor team members.
