Job summary

SmartestEnergy is seeking an experienced Testing Team Lead to own and deliver robust testing strategies across internal projects, under the PMO Change governance framework. You will lead a team of test analysts and partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Project Managers to align testing with business requirements and milestones.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a Test Lead role and ability to set technical standards.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and design/delivery of SIT, UAT and non-functional tests.
• Proven experience managing onshore and offshore testing teams and coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Hands-on experience across manual and automated testing, API testing and UAT.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Postman, Azure DevOps, Git and Cypress in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of test analysts and oversee planning, execution, monitoring and control of testing activities.
• Produce and maintain test strategies, test plans and completion reports.
• Coordinate with third-party software suppliers and vendors.
• Estimate testing effort and manage risks and issues.
• Mentor team members to drive continuous improvement and quality.
