Job summary

SmartestEnergy Limited in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Testing Team Lead to steer testing strategy across internal projects and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead a team of test analysts, plan and monitor testing activities, and coordinate with Product Owners, BA’s and PMs to align with business goals. Hybrid working is offered with a mix of office and home days.

Working within the PMO Change governance framework and under the guidance of the CoE Test Manager, you will take ownership of project-level test strategies and plans, partnering closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements, project milestones and delivery objectives.You will lead and develop a team of test analysts, overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring and control of testing activities while ensuring appropriate resources, processes and documentation are in place.
