Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Test and Development Engineer in Farnborough to lead hands-on testing across vehicle, chassis and component systems. You will coordinate testing activities from concept through to validation, ensuring safety, reliability and compliance with technical and legislative requirements.

The role requires practical data analysis, technical reporting, and collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external test facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and testing methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for testing programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicle, chassis, structural and component testing programmes.
• Coordinate testing activities across projects and suppliers.
• Analyse technical data and prepare clear technical reports for stakeholders.
