The ideal candidate has a strong electrical and mechanical background, can read technical documents, and is comfortable working independently to solve problems and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced, practical technician with a strong electrical and mechanical background.
• Confident reading technical information and diagnosing issues.
• Ability to work safely around vehicle systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support practical vehicle test programmes from preparation to modification.
• Work closely with Test & Development Engineers on buses.
• Manage electrical and mechanical build, installation of test equipment.
