Job summary

La Fosse Associates, partnering with a leading not-for-profit organisation, invites an experienced Test Manager to a London hybrid role. The position centers on shaping the testing strategy, driving automation adoption, and leading end-to-end test activities across transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will help mature the testing function and embed best practices across the organisation, while mentoring teams and ensuring robust CRM-related testing and UAT support.

Test Manager – £65,000 – London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)

Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship and candidates will be required to commute into the office 2 days per week.

This role will play a key part in shaping the future testing strategy, driving automation adoption, improving testing processes, and leading end to end test activities across a range of transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will help mature the testing function and embed best practices across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to define test strategy and lead end-to-end testing delivery.
• Experience driving automation initiatives and transitioning teams from manual to automated testing.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Background supporting CRM implementation projects.
• Experience participating in and supporting UAT activities.
• Trusted advisor capable of recommending the right tools, approaches, and specialist resources to ensure successful delivery.
