Job summary

Global Private Markets Firm in London seeks an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across multiple programmes, ensuring quality across internal apps, third-party platforms and SaaS.

Working with Programme Managers and a Technical Lead, you will plan tests, manage defects and report progress, while helping advance testing processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Test Manager, Senior Test Lead or Test Delivery Lead.
• Experience delivering SIT, E2E and UAT across integrated technology environments
• Strong defect management, test planning and reporting experience
• Experience working with third-party technology suppliers and business stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Agile delivery and the software development lifecycle
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar test management tooling
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate System, Integration, End-to-End and UAT testing across assigned projects and workstreams
• Produce test plans, test cases, schedules and supporting documentation
• Manage defects through identification, triage, resolution and closure
• Coordinate testing activity across technology teams, business users and third-party suppliers
• Support UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders
• Monitor testing progress, risks, dependencies and quality issues
• Provide clear reporting to Project and Programme Managers
• Support test environment and test data requirements
• Ensure agreed testing standards and quality gates are followed
• Contribute to the continued development of testing processes, tooling and automation

Test Manager – Private Markets – Permanent Opportunity

A leading global private markets investment firm is looking to hire an experienced Test Manager within their Technology function. This is a permanent Senior Associate-level role supporting the delivery of testing across a range of technology programmes and projects spanning internally developed applications, third-party platforms and SaaS solutions.

Working alongside Programme Managers, Project Managers and a senior Technical Lead, the Test Manager will take responsibility for planning and coordinating testing across assigned workstreams, ensuring solutions are delivered to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities expected by the Test Manager:

• Plan and coordinate System, Integration, End-to-End and UAT testing across assigned projects and workstreams
