Job summary

Kohler Mira is seeking a Test Engineer to support the Current Product Development (CPD) team in planning, designing and executing tests for fielded products. You will work with Engineering, Quality and Compliance to investigate issues, validate solutions and ensure changes meet performance and safety standards.

You will independently deliver testing activities, create clear evidence for decisions and help drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in engineering testing, verification and validation in product development, manufacturing or quality environments.
• Ability to translate requirements and risks into test methods and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with defect investigation and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain and execute tests aligned to product requirements and risks.
• Plan and deliver verification and validation for in-field improvements and safety investigations.
• Develop practical test approaches and support validation of proposed solutions.
• Use test evidence and root-cause analysis to diagnose defects and drive corrective actions.
• Produce test plans, records and conclusions to inform quality decisions.
• Prioritise testing activities to meet CPD commitments and communicate risks clearly.
• Identify improvements to testing methods, coverage and tooling for efficiency.
