Job summary

Kohler Mira Ltd. is seeking a Test Engineer to join the CPD team in Cheltenham. You will plan, design and execute tests for products in development and in the field, delivering clear evidence to support quality and safety decisions.

The role requires analytical, practical and collaborative problem-solving across Engineering, Quality and Production. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will create comprehensive test plans, evidence-led conclusions and recommendations while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical engineering or technical experience.
• Experience in engineering testing, verification and validation.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear test methods and criteria.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain and execute tests aligned to product requirements.
• Plan verification and validation for in-field improvements and compliance.
• Develop test approaches and support proposed technical solutions.
• Use test evidence and root cause analysis to diagnose defects.
• Assess dependencies, risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Produce test plans, records and conclusions for decisions.
• Prioritise testing activities to meet CPD commitments.
• Identify improvements to test methods and tooling.
