Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Test Engineer (Composites/ Adhesives) for a workshop-based role commutable from Honiton and surrounding areas. The position offers a competitive salary (£30,000 - £41,000) with full industry training, technical progression, flexible working week, 30 days holiday and a company pension.

You will join a market-leading team, manufacturing, testing and reporting on composites and adhesives for blue-chip clients in Aerospace, Formula One and Defence

Qualifications

• Experience with composite materials and adhesives manufacturing, testing and reporting.
• Background in materials engineering or related discipline with practical lab/workshop exposure.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and interpreting test data.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, test and evaluate composite materials and adhesives.
• Work with a small technical team to develop product knowledge and processes.
• Prepare clear testing reports and contribute to technical reviews.
