Pearson VUE is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to join our Rhyl, Clwyd UK team. You will support exam delivery, greet candidates, verify identities and ensure a secure testing environment. A friendly, detail-oriented team player is essential.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings and weekends and involves some light housekeeping as part of the center operations. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with all exam security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate identification and explain testing rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with internal IT for technical issues in the Test Centre.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
