Job summary

Credera seeks engineers to join its Delivery Centre in the UK, delivering automated testing capabilities to clients across a hybrid model with 60% in-office time. You will collaborate with architects, technology consultants and stakeholders to mature test automation practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end tests, building reusable automation frameworks, and coordinating testing across client and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in automated end-to-end and integration testing in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence, and integrating test tools with Jira.
• Experience in multi-supplier environments and collaborating with third-party testing teams.
• Ability to influence quality of testing delivered by other suppliers ahead of service transition.
• Experience developing UI tests for web or mobile apps and building test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing test automation practices and act as SME in the team for tests and test infrastructure.
• Write reusable automated tests and enable CI/CD pipelines.
• Help product teams build automated processes ensuring high-quality, usable, secure software.
• Communicate test strategy rationale to the team.
• Design prototypes to validate system architecture and improve testing.
• Improve automated test practices with the team.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage test activity, defects, reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate testing across client, internal and third-party supplier teams.
• Review testing delivered by others to ensure standards are met.
• Influence testing approaches before products move to support.
