Job summary

Credera is seeking an engineering leader in the UK to drive delivery across client engagements on Azure and AWS. You will own technical direction, mentor engineers, and coordinate with client stakeholders to implement scalable cloud architectures.

The role emphasizes modern CI/CD, IaC, and hands-on cloud engineering, with a focus on leveraging AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 4+ engineers and acting as the technical owner of a project.
• Azure Platform DevOps, Infrastructure Automation & Deployment experience.
• Demonstrable experience in automating operations tasks with scripting languages.
• Experience creating and maintaining production software delivery pipelines using CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive architecture decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within a matrix structure.
• Deliver production-grade pipelines and automated deployments on Azure and AWS.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and upskill the team in new technologies.
