Job summary

Capgemini in London seeks a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end automation strategy across the SDLC. You will govern enterprise frameworks and ensure seamless CI/CD integration with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

You will own automation KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, mentoring delivery teams while exploring innovative tools to improve quality and delivery. Hybrid work across offices, client sites, and remote options are available.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and govern enterprise test automation roadmap.
Drive automation across Regression, Smoke, API, Integration, E2E, and Deployment Validation Testing.
Establish scalable automation frameworks with seamless CI/CD integration.
Lead automated deployment assurance activities, including environment health checks and test data automation.
Develop automated quality dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and evidence collection across delivery teams.
Own automation KPIs, coverage targets, and quality metrics.
Provide technical leadership for automation capabilities across Software Delivery Programs.
Continuously evaluate and implement innovative automation tools and practices.
