Vallum Associates in the UK is recruiting a Test Automation Architect for the BY WMS Transformation Program. The role is hybrid with two days onsite per week at Coventry/Ansty Park, CV7 9RD, supporting a 6-month contract.

You will design and implement automation frameworks, drive API/UI testing, and align with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and SAFe practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in test automation architecture and framework design.
• Expertise with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Rest Assured.
• Hands-on API and integration testing automation experience.
• Knowledge of BY WMS or similar enterprise WMS.
• Strong programming skills: Java, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and modern architectures.
• Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable test automation architectures and frameworks.
• Lead automation efforts across API, UI, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor test engineers and ensure best practices across projects.
