You will design scalable automation frameworks, mentor automation engineers, and ensure automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines while delivering measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation architecture and framework design.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured.
• Hands-on API and integration testing automation.
• Knowledge of BY WMS or similar enterprise WMS platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
• Strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategy and roadmap.
• Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Lead automation for end-to-end testing across BY WMS and integrated systems.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Select and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to enable shift-left testing.
• Ensure high test coverage and reusability of automation assets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
• Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Drive test data management and environment strategy for automation.
• Monitor and report automation metrics, ROI, and quality improvements.
• Drive Agile testing practices, automation, and continuous quality improvement.
