Job summary

eTeam is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Test Analyst in Milton Keynes on a contract basis. You will design and execute test scenarios across SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM and LMS, ensuring quality and data integrity.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and developers, manage defects with JIRA/ALM, and support UAT coordination and release validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of SAP SuccessFactors testing experience.
• Experience with modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS.
• Proficient in manual testing and test management tools.
• Understanding HR business processes and Agile/Scrum workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and user stories to create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Validate configurations across SuccessFactors solutions (EC, Recruitment, LMS, PMGM).
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA/ALM and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers during test cycles.
• Support UAT coordination, including test planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and validate interfaces with upstream/downstream systems.
• Participate in release management and deployment validation.

Rate: £192 per day(PAYE through FCSA Umbrella)

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and user stories to create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Validate configurations and customisations across SuccessFactors solutions (e.g., EC, RCM, LMS, PMGM)
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM and ensure timely resolution

• Ensure data integrity and validate interfaces with upstream/downstream systems

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of one or more modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
• Understanding of HR business processes
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
